Quick product contains wide range of products where Customer purchases products where Company offers him/her a free account.
4.    What is Advance Product?
We offers you advance product as booking product of 25 grams Gold (24 carat) or 1000 grams Sliver block along with free account from Company.
5.    What is Gallery Product?
Gallery is a direct sale product.
6.    What is saving product?
In saving products customer can redeem product from his/her I-BA savings reward.
7.    How we pay to Company?
It could be through PayPal, Company’s bank account , cash pay to office and through existing customer you can make transaction payment by E-ZAR.
8.    How we can get our reward from Company?

Company adds 0.5% of its Global sales on every month end in this pool which is equally distributed among pool qualifier.
17.  What is the qualification of I-BA lazy pool?
It is for those who are lazy in prospecting and could not qualify on career pool criteria but there counter reaches to 50000 somehow by using one side only. Company gives the opportunity to those whom are not eligible to carrier pool to avoid any discrimination.
18.  What is I-BA Life pool?
Company adds 1.5% of its Country sales on every month end in this pool which is equally distributed among pool qualifier.
19.  What is the qualification of I-BA Life pool?
When your both side are completed with 100 customers (Purchase 70 E-ZAR Product) or 7000 E-ZAR equally you become a part of I-BA pool. When you get 2 rewards you get 1% of your total pool income and incase of no reward you will get 0.5% equally.
20.  Can we redeem our advance product (25 grams gold/1000 grams silver)before its  completion and how much are service charges?
Yes, you can redeem your gold/sliver anytime.
1. On maturity total service charges are 110 E-ZAR (10 E-ZAR at the time of booking     balance and 100 E-ZAR at the time of redemption).
2. Pre mature till 10 gram service charges 60 E-ZAR (10 E-ZAR at the time of booking     balance and 50 E-ZAR at the time of redemption).
21.  Can we know how much of our gold/silver is being own by company?
Yes, when you have booked its invoice will be email to you. And whenever any reward is transfer to your I-BA saving it will be informed via email along with its invoice.
22.  Can we purchase Gold/Silver from our reward money?
Yes you can avail this opportunity.
23.  If I have purchased quick product and I wanted to book advanced product, does this need a new account?
No, you don’t need to open any new account you can book your advanced product through your I-BA reward or e-pocket.
24.  Product will be delivering in how many days?
It depends on your City and Country as well. Product delivery may take 7 to 45 days according to destination.
25.  Will Company inform us upon the delivery of our product?
Yes, when your product will be delivered we informed via email or sms. In case of non-delivery of product you may register your complain within 15 days after receiving company’s email or sms of product delivery, otherwise company will not be responsible.
26.  Is there any charge for sms?
Company will provide welcome letter of product purchasing and delivery sms for free, however other transactional proceeding contains sms charges including Login, Earning, Transfer E-zar, Change Password, Change Pin Code and many other options.
